Hannah, SSG Ostertag

Director of Community Relations

Hannah, SSG Ostertag, joined the Wisconsin Army National Guard in 2016 as a Motor Transport Operator (88M) at the 1157th Transportation Company in her hometown of Oshkosh, WI.

She has since expanded her career in the Military Specialty field of Human Resource Specialist (42A), Master Fitness Trainer (MFT), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Trainer (ASIST), Equal Opportunity Leader Course (EOLC), and is vetted to be a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Victim Advocate (SAPR VA). SSG Ostertag has been serving full-time in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a Recruiting and Retention Non-commissioned Officer (79T) since 2019 in Madison, WI and recently moved duty stations to the Fox Valley area.

Hannah is a graduate of UW-Madison with bachelor's degrees in Human Development and Family Studies, and Gender and Women's Studies. She has also earned her master of science in Community and Organizational Leadership from UW-Stevens Point. Hannah spends most of her free time outdoors running, hiking, fishing, and hunting with her boyfriend, Griffin, and playing frisbee with her black lab, Blu.

Hannah is excited to incorperate ONA's mission into the daily lives and duties of her fellow Soldiers, Veterans and community members through the power of networking and community outreach events.
